At ANK Foundation, we equip young women and men from marginalised and underserved communities, with a special focus on girls and young women aged 18–24, with market-relevant skills, confidence, and workplace readiness to build sustainable livelihoods.
Our programmes combine vocational skills, digital literacy, financial inclusion, communication, soft skills, and industry exposure, preparing youth not only for employment but also for successful integration into the workplace.

Our centres provide smart classrooms/labs, online attendance, practical learning, assessments, mentoring, and continuous handholding.

We focus on holistic employability, including spoken English, communication, confidence building, workplace etiquette, teamwork, problem-solving, professional behaviour, and organisational culture.

Our End-to-End Approach
Community Mobilisation → Screening → Enrolment → 6-Month Training → 1-Month Traineeship → Assessment → Certification → Placement → 6-Month Tracking
Candidates are carefully screened and counselled before enrolment. Following intensive training and practical workplace exposure, eligible candidates undergo assessments/examinations through the NSDC ecosystem, as applicable to the respective programmes, and receive relevant certifications.
Our placement support connects trained youth with industry and corporate opportunities, followed by six-month post-placement tracking to monitor retention, workplace adaptation, and career progression.
Customised CSR Skill Development Programmes
ANK Foundation also develops tailored, industry-aligned programmes based on the thematic priorities of corporate CSR partners.
We work with corporates to design interventions around youth employability, women’s economic empowerment, digital literacy, financial inclusion, STEM and technology, healthcare skills, blue-collar employment, entrepreneurship, and livelihood development.
From community mobilisation to training, certification, placement, and post-placement tracking, we provide an end-to-end model designed to deliver measurable, scalable, and sustainable livelihood outcomes.
