Suhani lost her mother at a young age and grew up under the loving, protective care of her father. Her world was small, and she was quiet, hesitant and unsure of herself. Yet, beneath her silence was a strong eagerness to learn, work and do something meaningful in life.

Her journey with the ANK Foundation became a turning point.

Through continuous training, mentoring and practical skill development, Suhani gradually stepped beyond her comfort zone. Every session helped her build new skills; every interaction strengthened her confidence. She learned digital and communication skills, but most importantly, she learned to believe in her own potential.

At just 19, Amisha stood at a difficult crossroads. Financial constraints and early marriage brought responsibilities that could easily have put her aspirations on hold. But Amisha carried something stronger than her circumstances, a determination to learn, grow and build a future of her own.

Her journey with ANK Foundation’s skill development programme opened a new pathway. She enrolled in Digital Marketing and English, embracing every opportunity to learn. The training was practical and dynamic, helping her develop digital skills, strengthen her communication and prepare for the demands of the modern workplace.

The journey required persistence. Balancing responsibilities with learning was not easy, but Amisha remained committed. Her hard work transformed her confidence into capability and her aspirations into opportunity.

Today, Amisha works as a Digital Marketing Executive at Arya Tata Motors Pvt. Ltd., building a career and contributing to her family’s future.

Julie grew up in a family where financial challenges often made opportunities feel distant. She wanted to build a career, support her family and become financially independent, but limited exposure and self-doubt made the path ahead uncertain.

Her journey with ANK Foundation’s skill development programme became a turning point.

Julie enrolled in Tally and Spoken English training, where the ANK Foundation team focused not only on classroom learning but on practical, hands-on skill development. Students were encouraged to practise every concept themselves from creating company profiles and maintaining ledgers to recording sales and purchase transactions, managing inventory and understanding basic accounting and GST processes.

Alongside technical training, regular communication sessions, mentoring and mock job interviews helped Julie prepare for the workplace. The team ensured that every student had opportunities to practise, ask questions, make mistakes and learn from them building both competence and confidence.

Slowly, Julie’s hesitation turned into self-belief. She became more comfortable communicating, answering interview questions and presenting herself professionally.

Her persistence eventually helped her secure a job at The LifeStyle Clinic, where her dedication and performance were later recognised.

For Julie, that recognition was more than an award. It was a moment of pride for her and her family, a reminder that learning, persistence and opportunity can change the direction of a life.

Sachi grew up with a strong desire to become independent and build a future on her own terms. But restrictions at home and resistance from her father often made her question whether she could pursue her ambitions.

Her journey changed when she became part of ANK Foundation’s Getting Girls to Code programme. For Sachi, coding was more than learning a technical skill; it was her first step towards discovering that technology could become a pathway to confidence, opportunity and independence.

Through structured training, hands-on practice and continuous mentoring, the ANK Foundation team encouraged her to learn by doing. Every student was given opportunities to practise, experiment, make mistakes and solve problems independently. Alongside coding and digital skills, Sachi developed communication, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Gradually, the hesitation that once held her back began to disappear. She became more confident in expressing her ideas and more willing to take on challenges.

Her determination led to an internship with a reputed organisation, giving her valuable exposure to the professional world. But Sachi’s ambition did not stop at employment. Alongside her internship, she also started a small entrepreneurial venture supplying ice cubes and fresh fruit drinks to local merchants.
